Some pretty light shells for school

Designed for OS classes. Common task is to implement a single function from the standard library. It creates a standardized file.

1. a file name
2. a function prototype, surrounded by quotes (e.g. " ")

It has:

• std include
• beginning comment with the student name, class, number in class, etc.
• specified function
• main

If there's no specified function, it creates everything of the above except the function. If there's no specified file, the program exits with 1.
