Implement Travis

User clicks MAGIC_LINK -> redirects to metsahaldur.ee/misiganes/hash ->
before loading the page, send request with given hash to /api/user/verify endpoint ->
if OK -> show change password view -> send req to /api/user/validate endpoint with passwords & hash
if NOT_OK -> "something went wrong... :("

• Write login reducer & relevant state into a separate reducer,
• Write validation reducer & implement a "landing page" routing for Validate.js
• Rewrite validation to use thunk
