README.md for ner_annotation has incorrect path for the app while doing change directory (cd) in the 3rd step "Create a Virtual Environment". skeleton_apps does not contain ner_annotation directory in the main branch. It lies in data_apps

I have tried the app but wasn't able to figure out how to export or save NER annotations?
Could you please explain it and include into readme too.

1.) Remove the word "each" which is unnecessary.
2.) Modify the word "change" to "changes".
