Have you guys seen the IIS forge module? about puppet-iis HOT 5 CLOSED

I have indeed seen this module. Unfortunately, I was trying to get puppet to work with the PowerShell module (Josh's) and the IIS module. Therefore, I wrote my own based solely around IIS and PowerShell. Also the IIS module doesnt deal with Virtual Applications. PowerShell is actually a very useful way of doing this for us as we can use the WebAdministration module that is available in Windows

Thus the module. This wasnt a case of rejecting the current module, this was more a case of us being able to write our own fashion of doing it.

Thanks for the clarification, it makes sense since I believe the semondean module came about prior to the powershell provider.

No worries at all. I can say, today, we just pushed support for multiple iis bingings on a site and coming soon is adding https bindings

Are there plans the publish this on the forge? It would be great to have it listed there, especially because of the use of the powershell provider.
