I think it would be better to pass pageData as a parameter to the function rather than assuming the existence of a global variable. Wasn't clear exactly where it was defined.

The first thing I do when seeing the graph is to try and click on the bars in order to get more information. For instance, there is no further information on where the social welfare services budget line item is being allocated. When presenting the tool, people immediately want more information which is not currently available.

It would be better if 'Contributor' was bold

Also the layout of the text doesn't look good, isn't there a better way to preserve the original layout?

It should be clearer that that is an extract from the document, otherwise it seems as if the site is broken.

It would be useful if a PDF icon was placed next to PDF links - e.g. Source: Estimates of Provincial Revenue and Expenditure (EPRE)

Otherwise it isn't clear that you are about to download a file - especially important if you're on mobile
