When I'm adding a new city I'm getting a Hibernate exception about updated rows count.

It is necessary to refactor the UnitDao and UnitService on the units management page for working with the Jpa and Spring transactions.

The number of rows returned by any query is stored in the dao field and can be retrieved by the client class using the getCount() method. But for all requests, the application uses the same DAO, so the value in the count field can be overwritten when another query is executed. Therefore, an incorrect value for the total number of the rows can be displayed on the page.
