Abstract : AI-Trainer is a web app which can take your workout sessions to the next level. By using just your webcam, it can quickly and accurately detect your pose and help you out in your workouts/exercises/yoga. It can act as your personal gym buddy by helping you count your reps and give you step by step instructions to various exercises and yoga routines. It also makes sure you are performing your routines correctly by estimating your pose.
