The augmented2 long turn ruleset is one of the best ruleset in the world!
Now, the most recent stable release of Freeciv is 3.0.2. and the 2.6 ruleset can not be used anymore.
I tried to run the tool freeciv-ruleup
included in the 3.0.2 release, but the tool stuck upgrading like the following text:

Would you like to take a look why the ruleset can't be updated by the tool?

Running the server with --warnings results in a bunch of warnings and one error (error is there even without the -w parameter). These look like what is meant to be rules are getting ignored because of wrong way of stating them in the ruleset.

When trying to change the AIs to hard, I get this error message:
/hard: You are not allowed to use this command.
Freeciv version: 2.6
Augmented version: 2.6.10
Bug Repeatability: Unknown
Hello Wahazar,
This wonder is not showing up as buildable during my game even with uranium as a local tile I am working on. The docs only indicate that this is the only requirement other than 4500 culture points and Nuclear Fission research. I am able to build it when I remove/comment out the following line in buildings ruleset for the wonder:
"Resource", "Uranium", "Local"
If there is any other information I should provide let me know.
