Hi Walker!

Commenting here so that the issue is attached to the repo.

When I run:

var cityworks = require('cityworks');
cityworks.configure('my.cityworks.domain')

I get the error cityworks.configure is not a function

I've tried this both in Twilio Functions but also as a standalone JS module and the error is the same.

I think the issue might be due to the fact that cityworks.d.ts is empty. This is the module that is exported by index.d.ts.

In looking at the src/cityworks file line #54 it looks like module.exports is being used and that's throwing microbundle for a loop.

Stopping before I go too far into microbundle configuration just to check if you think this is the problem. If we can get the export working I don't think there will be an issue using this with Twilio Serverless.
