Parameter changes should be instant when no note is being played
Currently, a parameter change causes linear interpolation during the next processing block.
This is necessary for smooth parameter changes when a note is being played. However, if no note is being played, the behavior is currently such that once a note is pressed, the parameters will be interpolated during the first block. This is not the desired behavior - the new parameters should be active from the start of the block.
The simplest fix for this is to copy endParameters -> startParameters within the onNoteStart() function.
