Feature request

if possible, show the MasterCard OR ViSA OR Maestro Logo depending on the 1st number

Swap CVV and Expiration fields

Because CVV field is the only field on the other side of most cards, user has to flip his card 1 time more that he would if CVV was the last required field.

Doesn't work in Firefox

Doesn't work in Firefox 26, works fine in Chrome. OSX.

After clicking the submit button with empty fields, all fields can no longer be typed into.

Cross browser testing is extremely important for this kind of thing! Check out Stripe's checkout.js , it has a ton of subtle usability enhancements that this project could benefit from as well.

'Please match the requested format' on CC # with spaces

By default the form automatically puts spaces between each group of 4 numbers in the credit card number. However this formatting continually gives me the error mentioned in the issue title unless I remove those spaces manually.

validate CC with checkmark

I love this library! Any chance you could add an option to display a green checkmark in the card field after the user has typed a valid number? The previous code that I was using did this. It would fire on each keypress and check the Luhn Algorithm I believe.

American Express

The numbers to enter for an American Express card are different, 1 number less and the order is xxxx xxxxxx xxxxx.

Perhaps a toggle for input would be best?
