Hangs when switching to other application on iPhone.
nsim thread saves and exits on suspend.

Resolve by moving the kick-off of calculation thread into a notification that the app/viewcontroller will become active, which will reload/start nsim again.

In case we hit another savedram issue, be nice to be able to reset the memory the 'correct' way.
Also, be able to detect is calculator is not correctly running and force a reset.

On exit, saving the ram file when the pc is at 0x27f8 often results in a hang.
I suspect something is slightly off in nsim, but can't be sure.

Resolution: add a hack to keep running until the pc goes off of 0x27f8 before saving. Appears to at least work-around the issue.

I'm trying to build this for iPhone 6 and iOS 8.3 and I get this error. Ideas how to some this?

Work with the KML in non-pareil ??

Need to use attributes strings to get superscripts and proper <= symbols etc.
