使用通用的header页时，导航中的二级下拉菜单有可能会显示不出来。将header.html页转换成js文件，问题就解决了。

footer页中的菜单链接（a标签href属性）用 target="mainFrame" 语句可以使新打开的页面在本页正常显示，使用target=_blank,target=_parent,等语句可能会出显示不正常的问题。
