Search list not persistent
The searches list is not persistent and is lost upon service shutdown/restart.
Add new functionality to save the search list to disk periodically/on shutdown and load upon startup.
Search list shared across chats - make per chat
Modify the data structure of the search list so that it is per user and per chat. (instead of just per user, across any chat)
Http exceptions not caught
When HTTP exceptions are thrown, the service exits with an error.
Catch exceptions and log the error so the bot can continue running.
Duplicate searches
If the same search is added more than once, duplicate searches are created.
Cleanup searches on add to prevent this.
