Patient Tracker

This is a simple web application built to track patients for Free Clinics. The purpose of the application is provide vital statics to governing bodies and donors to obtain funding.

Built using Grails it very easy to start. It also supports uploading patient data based on a CSV format.

The default install uses a H2 database, however its intended to be used on any database Grails supports this includes MySQL, Postgres etc.

Add validation to SSN field

Build script to fix ssn field

Add provider to possible selection in reports.

Show Patients based on Screening Results

Need a report that will show the patients filtered by screening results.

Default sort 'desc' visits, retain query during sorting.

Reports must link back to the actual visit.

When I enter Type as “Lab” the program would automatically populate the Diagnoses code V72.62
When I Enter type as “Cancer Screening” it would populate a code of V72.3
When I enter Diabetic Education it would use code V623
And same with Flu Shot using V04.81

Ability to choose the columns to display on a report.

Enhance search on patient visit page

Currently there's no search on the patient visit page. There needs to be an easy on to see all the visits for a particular patient.

Migrated to h2 for encryption

Currently support for encryption is lacking, so in order to support this we need to create a transition plan from mysql to h2.
