App\Tests\Unit\Controller\JobControllerTest::testCreate() will fail if $expectedResponse and $response are not created at the same time (to the second).

If both requests objects are created such that a second-boundary has passed, the date headers will differ and the test will fail.

The test should not check full response equality but instead the equality of properties of the response that are relevant.
