Updating this to note that we've decided to only display the screenshots and extracted text metrics for now and leave out visualizing page resources.

Backend API for aggregated stats: #1682.
See tests for examples of how to call and return values.
For thresholds as described in issue description, can pass in thresholds as: /orgs/{org_id}/crawls/{crawler_crawl_id}/qa/{qa_run_id}/stats?screenshotThresholds=0.5,0.9&textThresholds=0.5,0.9
