I am a little confused, WebTools-NG does NOT download Plex playlist files, it only creates a .csv file showing the contents of a playlist or a list of all your Plex playlists.
Are you using WebTools-NG (standalone program) or are you using the discontinued WebTools plugin?
If you are using WebTools-NG, then please go to WebTools-NG > Global Settings and set the Log Level to Silly, then recreate the issue.
Then go to File menu > Open Log Directory and place the available logs in a zip archive and attach the zip file to your post thanks.
It should also be noted that you may not be able to output the contents of some 'smart' playlists even though you may select them in WebTools-NG.

Sorry if I was unclear. Yes, using NG to create csv file. Have found out that I need to reset the settings -- so playlist, audio, media library, export level -- every time I want to download a csv file. I will send log setings soonest.
