Please consider adding a Dokan Vendor message option for ON HOLD and CANCELED orders

In my system I only capture (hold) a payment using Stripe and set the order to On Hold until the order is confirmed by the client or past 24 hours after the order is made as this reduces the need for refunds.

Ideally i would like to notify the Vendor by SMS that the Order is ON HOLD or CANCELED when the order status is updated to one of these settings.

Notifications can be sent to Telegram numbers

When the vendor adds their phone number at registration, it doesn’t add it to the “Phone Number (Texty)” field of the vendor account and therefore, the vendor doesn’t receive the SMS updates, unless the admin adds the number manually (which is very time consuming when having high levels of vendors).

Notifications can be sent to WhatsApp numbers

Hi,
Can we use an action or a hook to send SMS programmatically and utilize this plugin into more places?

It doesn't work yet, need to add support.
