Great video tutorial! I watched it on FreeCodeCamp. I came across an issue in the useStage hook where rows cleared in sweepRows gets called 3 times. I later found out that this is common behaviour when using React.StrictMode, which calls useState twice. I still don't know exactly why it is being called 3 times which oddly doubles the rows cleared value 😄 .

I downloaded this project and started up the finished version, which works (no doubling of the rows cleared). However when i enable strict mode, the game breaks. I just wanted to put this issue here incase other students come across the same issue.

Again I want to say this was a good tutorial, i have spent half the time playing Tetris 😄
