• the images and videos will be uploaded to Google photos automatically
• download the images videos into the desktop
• convert the images to jpg using the https://heic2jpg.com/, convert video using HandBrake to the right size, use Apple 540p30 Surround preset, dimension choose width of 480px; Github has a file size limit of 100MB
• use https://weizhou.github.io/tool/tool.html to convert to type of png with size width of 512
• put files in the right arts/video dir
• update the desc of the files
• check in the files to github
