So, this is a hard topic. Mod should be able to set certain lines in special mode (i. e. set type of the line to Moscow Metro/MCC/SPB Metro/etc) which will redefine some behavior that is seen in stock MTR such as informator messages, marking the exits by numbers, setting the numbers to lines, etc and thus making those lines feel more localized.

Main mission will be to add light stripes as seen on some stations in Moscow. However, it is hard to determine the final look of the blocks as they're not uniform in Moscow Metro.

Depends on #9. Implement informing logic that is different from MTR, so messages will have different content and will be shown at different cases.

This is also a hard topic. Basically, the goal is to implement the most common types of signs that are seen in Moscow. Probably those signs should be used only if special mode is enabled (#9). This topic will need further research as there are no publicly available guidelines of Moscow's navigational design system.
