Dear WGLab developers,

• The paper mentions that this tool "can be naturally paired with LIQA" but then also states that the "current model of DELongSeq is based on read length correction of LIQA." Initially, it seems like one would use LIQA first and then feed that output into DELongSeq.
• When looking at the documentation in this repo, though, it appears that DELongSeq is just an improved version of LIQA.

So my question is, is this new tool a standalone product to do differential expression analysis or do I use it in coordination with LIQA to generate results from my RNA-seq data?

Could you please upload the complete codebase so that we can start using DElongSeq in our work? Vital scripts such as PreProceess_gtf.pl and group_process.pl are missing.

Hello I am trying to install DElong seq, is there anything else we need to do apart from downloading, I was unable to get further information from the Readme file about the steps. I have all the Prerequisites in place. Thanks alot for help.

Your work seems very interesting and I would be keen to try your package on my data, but I don't understand how I should install it. There does not seem to be a makefile not any bash script that would allow me to run the delongseq functions.
Are your python codes meant to be run though Python directly? Then could you provide more detailed examples of how to run them?
