Thanks for your feedback. Did you install it from the release instead of the Github repository?

I think the problem is caused by num.pc() function. If you installed it from the release, I just generated a new release v0.1.2 with the updated num.pc() function.

At first I installed with install_github. Now I've downloaded the latest release v.0.1.2 and have installed with R CMD INSTALL PLIER-0.1.2.tar.gz . However, I'm still getting the same error.

Could you try it again? I think both repository and release v 0.1.2 work now.

I just tried again with no success. One thing to note is that I'm downloading and installing the release v.0.1.2, but is still showing as "PLIER_0.99.0 " when I do sessionInfo().

Could you try PLIER v0.1.3 release? When I remade release v0.1.2, it didn't update the code. Release v0.1.3 should be the corrected version.
