App is not context aware

Describe the bug

If the Apps is hosted behind a reverse proxy and a custom path like /fred, the app fails to resolve the assets correctly.

Add multi-arch build for arm64

Please describe. A clear and concise description of what the problem is.

We only build container for amd64 now, we should add a multich-arch build for arm64
