1. This application will prompt you for personal information to generate 3 files that could be used as INSPIRATION for a Revocation of Election to be sent to the IRS.
2. ALL fields must be populated with information before the "Generate ROE Documents" will perform an action
3. Once you have filled out all of the fields, and pressed the "Generate ROE Documents" button, you will be prompted for the folder where you would like the documents to be save to
