Tried installing combine1090 on a fresh Raspberry Pi after the usual apt installs (git, build-essentials, etc.) but it would not build readsb due to missing "zstd.h".

I found I had to manually run "sudo apt install libzstd-dev", so something is missing in the install scripts.

This was working perfectly a couple days ago via dump1090-mutability, but now it won't allow install. Any chance you can? This code is so useful, but all of the code I'm maintaining is based off of a fork of dump1090-mutability.

MLAT server has an output of Basestation for local port mapping on server (a natural place to listen for results). Combine1090 has a limitation of Beast (from what I can tell). Is there a best practice for routing MLAT data to combine1090? Does it need to go back through receivers as the only path or is there a way to route direct from MLAT server that I am missing?

Just installed fresh install, Readsb and Combine1090. Combine1090 tried to run under user dump1090 which doesn't exist. Switching to run under readsd user worked on my install, but would obviously break a dump1090 install w/o readsb.

Do I understand correctly that I could "bundle" the data from several ADS-B receivers in a tar1090 card? So I could display the reception of a receiver at my location with a receiver approx. 5km away on one map? I have access to the other receiver via IP address using ZeroTier.

where to find the html config.js ? is it avalible ?
for tar1090 it is /usr/local/share/tar1090/html/config.js. for combine 1090 i expected something like "/usr/local/share/combine1090/html/config.js"

Thank you for your excellent work and I use all the features you offer.

However, what is missing is the possibility to visualise "actual range ouline" on the combined view.

Would it be possible to add it?

i installed readsb at two sbc`s. first one receives data via rtl-sdr , second one has no receiver but combine1090 are installed. at config i add the address of first Receiver and i get data of it, but when sbc 1 get 10 aircrafts, the second one(where combine1090 runs) gets 8 only. where is the problem?
