Same as vxtwitter, ddinstragram does not impersonate or pretending to be Instagram, as the disclaimer notice in the footer says:
• Instagram is a trademark of Instagram, Inc. This app is not affiliated with Instagram, Inc.
It's just a redirect to the original site, without claiming or monetizing, or worse: pretending to be Instagram

Hii , i am curious are you not getting copyright infringement notice from meta platform inc. ( instagram ). ?
There is no copyright on the name Instagram. There is a trademark. There are completely different rules around the two concepts. I am not a lawyer but using the word "instagram" in a link redirecting to Instagram itself seems fine to me.
