When typing into an input fields it seems that after some seconds the focus is lost und you cannot type characters anymore. You have to select the input field again, but after some seconds the focus is lost again.

Currently when typing something into one of the input textfields it's hard to read the full sentence since the textfields are (too) small.

It would be great to have some automatic reload or update functionality. This would prevent me from publishing old data in the PPP email.

Please add a box at the top position with these for bullets (eg two columns, two lines):

• Focus on what you achieved (focus on results) rather than on how you did it
• Use a maximum of three bullet points per P (be concise)
• Assume little to no detailed understanding of what you do
• Avoid jargon and abbreviations

It would be great if i could add the tag "#sch" without manually selecting the team. (Sounds like a god mode. :-) )
