RB will accidentally trigger adding to bookmark when a boss escapes

High level description of issue:
duplicates are been created when the time ticks over midnight, this is mostly likely due to shares occurring between 11:59pm and 12:01am, small window but can result in dup battles.

Issue:
As we're not scraping datetime from the chat, we can't tell if the share was posted, scraping is not feasible as there is no physical date and only X mins/hours ago which is non-precise.
