I would assume that the path separator / (or \/ in the regex) has to be \ (or \\ in the regex) for Windows.

Can you try running this with:

const modulePath = require.resolve('ua-parser-js').match(/node_modules(\/|\\).*$/)[0];

from ember-useragent.
