Hi All,

We are using Prosody Latest Version...When we try querying user related information like Get user : GET : "/admin_rest/user/someuser" when connected with an user with ADMIN priviliges., we get the following response :
500 Internal Server Error : It broke. Check your error log for more info.
Also Error Log is not helpful.

NOTE : Username is just "someuser" and NOT "[email protected]"
Also, MODULE related queries respond as expected,but user related queries FAIL.

Can you help us on this front ? Any pointers would be great help. Thanks !

The object name to be sent in the body of the multicast api is missing. From the source code, it looks like the name of the object should be "recipients". Kindly update the document.

Hello, while testing your module for a personal project, i keep getting this error after passing authorization.
the host:list command (admin telnet) gives me 5 different host (4 are components)
Can you give me any hint?

After adding any ip address to whitelist array using add whitelist api. None of the apis are not working from any ip address. could you guide me on this. when i trying to debug that "request.conn._ip" nill value is coming

add the ip of the user or you can add the ip manuelly. if you use the rest api on a page or other.

Issuing commands section says:

All requests must contain Basic authentication for a user who has administrative privileges.

How to create this authorization header is not clear from the documentation. How do I create this authorization header?

Would be cool if this was harmonized with the Ejabberd REST api so that the same tools can be used to interact with it.

For example there is a really nice WordPress plugin for user account management that works right now only with Ejabberd.
