It would be nice to play music from Internet radio. I have found some solutions that could be helpful:

• Arduino WebRadio player by Vassilis Serasidis
• Streaming Internet Radio by Tyler Cooper
• ESP8266 Web Radio by Piotr Sperka

I would do a combination of examples from above: use VS1053 as audio decoder and NodeMCU (with ESP8266 chip) to access my local WiFi to download audio stream. Maybe it would be even possible to use NodeMCU as a main unit to drive the whole arduino-hifi device (instead of Arduino UNO).

A strange issue. How to reproduce:

• attach the power source from main segment to phonograph segment (s0 phonograph is powered from the 12V from main segment)
• turn on the main power supply -> LCD works nice and displays everything correctly
• switch on the phonograph by moving the needle arm to the right. The phonograph will be turned on by internal switch (which is attached to the needle arm).
• the phonograph's motor starts and the turntable is doing its job but the LCD in main segment gets blank. The main segment seems to be responsive to user inputs; all the controls are working (volume for example); just the LCD is totally blank.

I have noticed that since some time (when I started to use RDS) application hangs. It is not responsive: the LCD screen freezes and do not displays new RDS messages or do not displays current volume. Moreover, it is not possible to change volume; nothing works. After power reset it works fine, until it hangs again.

This issue is highly reproducible when I power up the system from USB wall charger by Chicony Power Technology, AC Adapter, Model W12-010N3B. When I power up the system from my laptop's USB it hangs very rare. So it has something to do with the power supply.

However it would be good to know at what line of the source code it hangs. It would be a good idea to use watchdog to reset the board.

It would be good to take some pictures and attach to github. I could hook them up to the MARKDOWN.md so everybody could see it and get some first impression about project.

In my solution I'm using RDA5807M chip. However it works nice as a FM tuner, I have some issues with RDS data.
I'm using my fork of mathertel/Radio library.
At the beginning I'm focused on receiving RDS 4A group which contains data related to time and date.

The issue is that data received from the chips seems to be bogus. The time is quite not correct. It seems to get some random values, like 33:23 for example.
