binary_job and binary_project inlist options don't appear to be supported currently. How hard would that be to add?

In r12778, star_job_controls.inc is now in star_data/private/. Rather than doing a version check, the simplest thing is probably to try star_data and then if not found, look in star (or vice-versa).

I was momentarily confused about which version of MesaScript I was using as the repository has tags like 1.0.2, but the current gem version is 0.1.9. Should these match?

Since MESA no longer has integer version numbers, these checks don't work any more:

I was able to temporarily hack around this by simply deleting the check and assuming I'm working with a more recent MESA version. MesaScript seems to be working fairly well otherwise (though it doesn't know about the kap and eos inlists of more recent MESA versions), so I think it's probably worth patching this and updating the gem.
