Web application for handling auction activities

Users will be able to:

Post new offers
Post bids to published offers
Close its active offers
Retire its active bids

The system will provide:

A feed with active offers ordered by published date
A panel with quick access to user's offers and bids
A dashboard that lists user's offers
A dashboard that lists user's bids

Users need to be registered to post new offers and bids. Each offer/bid is linked to the user that created it
