Install

$ npm install -g webpack webpack-dev-server
$ npm install
$ mkdir dist
$ cp index.html dist

Start Dev-server

$ npm run dev # start webpack-dev-server

Lint

$ npm run lint # run eslint

Build

$ npm build # build production version to dist/
