As a cyclist, I want to send my activities to Strava so that I can view those immediately.

Strava is available as a destination in the share sheet.
One or many activities could be shared to strava.

We should localise the app into german.

At the moment only workouts tracked by the activity app are displayed. Workouts tracked by other apps, although on the watch, are not displayed.

As read in the ReadMe file, it stated the following

Exported files could be imported to local or online fitness analytic software.

And, I want to add a point. I used this useful app for uploading my GPS tracking from Workout to OpenStreetMap - Wikipedia. Thanks for the developer here and I can contribute my tracking data to those crowdsourcing mapping project while "working out".

Maybe the ReadMe can add the usage of OpenStreetMap so that other runner can find it?
