Currently, only an exception is raised here:

Before that, the template must definitely contain:

• pylint / or similar
• ci/cd
• Docker must be made optional

Hetzner offers (as main version):

• Ubuntu 22.04 -> python 3.10
• Fedora 37 -> python 3.10
• Debian 11 -> python 3.9
• CentOS 9 -> python 3.9
• Rocky Linux 9 -> python 3.9

hcloud-selfdestruct is currently just packaged for python 3.10 and not installable (via pip) with python 3.9

Todo:

• test python 3.9 compatibility
• change pyproject.toml ??
• customize Test/Build Pipeline
