Variant of the launchpad scripts for the BassApps launch buttons

The ipad app is a virtual "Launchpad" app meant to work with ableton live originally, via the launchpad95 scripts.

This is a "Bitwig" adaptation.

LAUNCHBUTTONS GRID MIDI Notes:

MIDI NOTE 11 - bottom left note ... MIDI NOTE 88 - top right note

TOP ROW BUTTONS: CC 91,92,93,94,95,96,97,98

LEFT SIDE CC BUTTONS TOP TO BOTTOM: CC 80,70,60,50,40,30,20,10

RIGHT SIDECC BUTTONS WITH PLAY ARROWS: (SCENE LAUNCH) CC 89,79,69,59,49,39,29,19

RIGHT SIDE BLUE BUTTONS NO ARROWS: CC 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
