Dreams uses the highest two notes on the scale as play/pause and rewind. Catch play/pause rewind events and remap them to notes

The user should be able to set the midi input device with a command-line argument. With no default set, the user should be prompted as before.

Mapping beat pads to specific notes can be a challenge on some MIDI devices. Add support for converting from one note press to another, perhaps with a text file. Even better, allow editing of the text file from within the program.

Users that do not specify the --ip arg will expect to be prompted for it

hi-hat control is flattened in Dreams to a different note. Use the presence of an assignable CC to toggle which note plays when a hi-hat assigned note is triggered
