This is a tool that is designed to manipulate the card database in Yu-Gi-Oh! Tag Force games.
Currently tested and working with Tag Force 1, others are to come.

This is needed to access the card descriptions in the newer Tag Force games properly.
This is NOT needed for Legacy of the Duelist. That game actually doesn't use compression.
This was extended to accommodate newer card types & features than the ones released in Tag Forces (Pendulum scales, Link arrows, Psychic and Cyberse types, etc.)
No idea yet what causes this.
