It would be better to manage the dependencies using gradle?

Junit, Hamcrest, Json and XCSP3 libraries are used as jars in the project it would be better to delete the lib folder and add the corresponding dependencies in the build.gradle file.

What is the difference between the r_vrp and r_svrp parameters?

Impact, Activity and WdegOnDom are dynamic heuristics. It would be possible to unify the use of the parameters mentioned? Currently, Wdeg works with r_svrp but Activity and Impact just work with r_vrp.

HeuristicVariablesDynamic class

What is the reason why the method protected final Variable bestUnpriorityVariable() is final? If not, for example, the Impact and Activity heuristics could inherit directly from HeuristicVariableDynamic instead of HeuristicVariable.
