Config language server path
if download language Binary slow, You can set language server. you need install rome first, and Paste the npm global rome bin to lapce rome config setting.
install global rome language server
npm install rome -g

So I'm adding rome.json file in root directory but rules are not working in lapce while same are working in vscode
