The COVID-19 pandemic left indelible marks in NYC. Which neighborhoods recovered fast and which neighborhoods did not? Are there other geographic, demographic and economic factors that may have affected the strength of rebound in activity in a neighborhood? We hope to find out using the city's business license data.
