看log 已经安装成功了。。安装成功后 命令行窗口你需要按回车关闭就行。。提示ok就算成功了。。
你可以尝试在新建的命令行窗口里面 执行xmake --help。。看看是否能够正常运行

这个安装比较慢一点。。看截图和log，一切正常，正在安装中。。你等上5分钟看看。。
你开一个新的cmd窗口运行xmake --help来确认是否已经安装成功，不要当前安装窗口敲命令。。

不是的大神,之前安装等15分钟还是老样子啊...最后一步是拷贝编译好的东西是吧,都有那些文件呢,应该可以手动的吧..

可以手动，安装的逻辑都在install.bat，也就是copy了几个目录，设置下环境变量。。你看下C:\Program Files\xmake里面有没有文件。
我更新了下master 。。安装的时候会有更详细的进度信息。。你看下是卡在哪一步了。。
