The real-time library for sampling rate conversion in C#. Take the source code from libresample4j(by dnault), C version by Dominic Mazzoni based on Julius Smith as reference. License information will be added later still not familiar on that.

Transition to .NET Standard

The current library does work in .NET Core, but you get the following warning:

Severity	Code	Description	Project	File	Line	Suppression State
Warning	NU1701	Package 'LibResample.Sharp 1.0.0' was restored using '.NETFramework,Version=v4.6.1' instead of the project target framework '.NETCoreApp,Version=v2.2'. This package may not be fully compatible with your project.

Wondering if you would be interested in transitioning to .NET Standard? I think this would be pretty simple - just update the project file to the new SDK format and change targetFramework to netstandard2.0.

If you're happy, I can send a PR for this.. ?
