The port which the program tries to find the 3DS's ip at is incorrect, and there's no way to change it in the program. You're able to change the viewer's ip, but not the 3DS's.

trying to run ntrviewer.exe just does nothing, and there doesnt seem to be a way to input an IP either. i tried reading the code, and couldnt find anything in there.

Is it possible?

I am trying to apply the new ip port feature and reading your TCP/IP packet, and this is what I get. Can you tell me what are the four bytes for?

The port assign feature is nice and allows one PC to connect with several 3DS.
