It may be possible to eliminate cpp source by like

Currently, std::endl is used for actual call of OutputDebugString().
It requires #include <iostream>
It is enough to call ods.flush() if a pseudo null stream has a flush() method.

Additionally, it is probably better to flush automatically for ODS macro. In this case, it is better to provide ODS_NOFLUSH .

This library does not use specializations so that it has no benefit but this is a preferable solution for C++11 and after.
