I've upgraded your code base and reevaluated some database connection modules to run on the latest PHP version. However, Having gone through the code, I realised that you have a missing directory in your commit.

Please see if you can commit the login directory with all its underlying code. That will be very helpful.

After installation! The login page didn't display. I checked your code and found that one login file is missing. Can you update and upload the login file.

I am able to run this application fine in localhost, but after I integrated it my website the application did not open. It says "This page isn’t working 'website_name' is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500".
