Adding new classes after setting new hours doesn't capture the newly provided hours

Common is no where to be found in the diagram above and below, which is confusing.

"Prefers typing to mouse interactions" is a weird expression and seems to suggest the user has a range of preference: from typing to using mouse interaction. Perhaps you mean "prefers typing over mouse interactions". The minor typo changes the meaning drastically.

Arrow should be straight line to conform to standards. Suggest arrow lines do not cross path to avoid ambiguity.

Weird characters appearing in quiz results

invalid timing should give the corresponding error message but the program says clash detected, which seems to suggest the program accepts such invalid timings. So the priority of exception message can be better managed.

User guide should mention that "Data file corruption" is expected if user runs the program for the very first time. Otherwise it triggers user to unnecessarily troubleshooting on his or her own which is time wasting, when the error message is actually to be expected.

Suggest to put it in FAQ or in the earlier section of the UG.

If you set hours and remove all classes, the app doesn't use the newly set hours

For storage, first time executing the program shouldn't be qualified as "storage file corrupted"
